SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Territory

1.1 We deliver within the territory of India only. International orders are not accepted.

1.2 Delivery is effected through our courier partners across approximately 19000 serviceable pin codes. Serviceability is verified at checkout, and an order cannot be placed in respect of a pin code that is not serviceable.

1.3 Certain remote locations and restricted areas may be subject to longer delivery timelines, restricted availability of cash on delivery, or additional charges. Any such charge shall be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

2. Processing and Dispatch

2.1 Orders are processed on working days, being Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2.2 Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day are ordinarily processed the same day. Orders placed thereafter, or on a non-working day, are processed on the next working day.

2.3 Orders are ordinarily dispatched within one or two working days of confirmation.

2.4 Cash on delivery orders are dispatched only upon successful verification by telephone or messaging application. Where the customer cannot be reached within forty eight across two to three attempts, the order may be cancelled.

2.5 A dispatch confirmation bearing the airway bill number is transmitted by electronic mail, short message service or messaging application upon handover of the consignment to the courier.

3. Delivery Timelines

3.3 Delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, strikes, civil disruption, regulatory restrictions, congestion within the courier network, festive season volumes, or incorrect or incomplete address particulars. We shall not be liable for such delay but shall assist in tracing the consignment.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping is provided free of charge on all prepaid orders within India.

4.2 Cash on delivery orders may attract a handling charge which shall be displayed at checkout prior to confirmation.

4.3 All applicable charges are displayed at checkout. No charge is levied after an order has been confirmed.

5. Tracking

5.1 Consignments may be tracked using the link furnished upon dispatch.

5.2 Tracking information may take up to twenty-four hours after dispatch to become active on the courier's system.

6. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery

6.1 Our courier partners make up to two to three attempts at delivery.

6.2 Customers are requested to furnish a complete address with landmark, an accurate pin code and a contactable mobile number, and to ensure that a person is available to receive the consignment.

6.3 Where delivery fails after all attempts, whether by reason of incorrect or incomplete address particulars, unavailability of the recipient, refusal of the consignment, or non-payment in the case of cash on delivery, the consignment is returned to origin.

6.4 In respect of prepaid consignments so returned, we shall contact the customer to arrange redelivery, Where redelivery is declined, the amount paid shall be refunded after deduction of the forward and return shipping costs actually incurred.

6.5 In respect of cash on delivery consignments refused or returned undelivered, we reserve the right to withdraw the cash on delivery facility in respect of the account, mobile number or address concerned for future orders.

7. Receipt of Consignment

7.1 Customers are requested to examine the outer packaging before accepting delivery. Where the consignment appears damaged, wet, torn, opened or tampered with, delivery should be refused and the matter reported to gurvedayurveda1@gmail.com without delay.

7.2 A continuous and unedited video recording of the unboxing, commencing before the sealed consignment is opened, is required in support of any claim relating to damage, tampering, shortage or incorrect supply. Claims unsupported by such recording cannot be processed.

7.3 The product name, variant, quantity, batch number and date of expiry should be verified against the invoice upon receipt.

8. Damaged, Tampered, Short or Incorrect Consignments

Any such matter must be reported within seven days of delivery in accordance with the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, which specifies the evidence required and the remedies available.

9. Change of Address

9.1 A change of delivery address can be attempted only before dispatch. Requests should be sent to gurvedayurveda1@gmail.com without delay, quoting the order number.

9.2 Once a consignment has been handed to the courier, the address cannot be altered.

10. Split Consignments

Where an order comprises multiple items, the items may be dispatched in separate consignments and may be delivered on different dates, at no additional cost to the customer. Each consignment carries its own tracking number.

11. Storage

The Products are food products and should be stored as directed on the pack, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture, and out of the reach of children. During periods of extreme weather, minor variation in texture or slight clumping may occur. Such variation does not affect the safety or efficacy of the Product and is not treated as a defect.
